Hi Kris, First step is make peace with food, and find a balance of foods you can eat even when life gets tough, you can't diet for life.. have food that is beneficial and supports your lifestyle.

Hi, everyone! My name is Kris. I've tried SparkPeople before but with things going on in my life I just couldn't do it! Things are getting more settled and I want to lose weight sooo bad!! My Dad never got to see my daughter or son grow up or see his first great grand child! I don't want that to happen to my grandchildren. I want to be there and watch them grow and have babies of their own!
