Hey i am right there with you.. cannot stand vegetables... except for Corn and iceberg lettuce, and cucumber.. i am SLOWLY trying to add veggies.. but i can say no matter how i try i still hate them.. i can handle spinach if it is chopped real find and added to things specially once it is cooked it is kind of bland .. if i dont eat a veggie i try and add a fruit in its place.. butyou get tired of eating fruit as well.
might i suggest you sautee veggies with a little oil and some spices and have it over brown rice? that may help you like veggies more. :)

I don't know about anyone else here, but I am very antvegie! Last night I ate brocoli for the first time. Still not a fan, but hey I gave it a shot. My new challenge is to try a new vegie, or find a way to mask my vegies.
So far I enjoy carrots, Ratish (in salad only so far) and lettuce. I think I will try Spinich grated in to a meal.
