I almost take the stairs anytime over an elevator or escalators, except at home. I live on the 23rd floor!

Hi, when i had my kitchen decorated. i put all the food upstairs, took them 3 weeks to complete! as they striped it right out, so my point is (( i went up and down the stairs about 20 times a day roughly could be more could be less after 3 weeks i lost about 3-4 lbs so i know it can be done?

Instead of taking the easy way out, try taking the stairs instead. Takes about the same time, but you get a better workout! Try taking the stairs everytime possible. Good Luck!
