This week on the Panic Message board someone said to me "Trust the process". I am only wieghing myself once a week now and it took a lot of strength not to do that everyday. Today is weigh day and I'm down 3 lbs! It hasn't really been that hard, thanks to Spark. No pills, no tricks, no eating goofy foods, no going to meetings, just making healthy choices and giving my body the proper fuel and proper amount of fuel to function better and keep my metablolism going. I'm so excited, could this really be it for me? God Bless Spark People. I'm off to do the 28 Day Bootcamp DVD!
