I agree with MSASHUA-- Crystal Light is great. I use Crystal Light with Caffeine at times; it's just a packet added to a 16oz bottle of water; has 120mg of caffeine and 10 calories only. I like the grape. Good luck!

I don't know if this is a terrible thing, but Crystal Light is awesome....No calories (although is does have artificial sweetener in it) and it tastes really good!
Also, I see some of the ladies at my job with these water filtration glasses where you put fresh fruit in the center section of the glass and then add water. The fruit flavor seeps into the water and adds flavor

A couple of things help me drink more water. One is to drink about 40 oz. first thing in the morning right after I brush my teeth. Another is I like to drink more if it has a splash of lemon in it. One other, and this is weird but it works for me is that I swallow from the back of my throat. I don't know why that makes it easier to drink more for me, but it does.

I rarely drink plain water, but I do drink a lot of liquid. Mostly in the form of (unsweetened) tea and iced tea and herbal tea.
Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE** Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE** Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

I keep 2 water bottles at work so one can cool in the fridge while I'm drinking the other.
I make myself a big carafe of iced tea (usually with 1-2 black tea bags and 2-3 herbal) for at home. I have a hard time drinking plain water with meals but plain tea has enough flavor that I don't get cravings for soda or beer.
Yes, drink water but other sources like fruits and veggies count too!
Also you might try Ocean Spray Diet Cran with 2 grams of sugar ...mix 1/2 cran with 1/2 water.
Grapefruits, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries and tangerines...maybe try adding some strawberries or blueberries to your water, lemon or lime slices....just for a different taste.

Until I starting drinking more regularly, I would track it as I drank it and drink it so I could see the cup overflow when I had met my # of glasses!

I've been having a really difficult time giving up coffee and pop, the caffeine literally gets me through the day. To work on this I've been trying to carry around a water bottle with me everywhere I go. Drinking that instead of paying for a dr pepper at work is great! Less calories, and I fell better overall when i drink more water.
What do you do to get yourself to drink more water everyday?
