Just back from vacation and find my motivation for my program is weakening. This is the point in the past that I've just given up and resigned myself to the fact that I would be fat the rest of my life. But I want this time to be the time that I push through this negative feeling and continue on. Just feel like I need some support to get me through this. My hubby doesn't understand when I try to talk about it with him. He just feels do it and get on with your life.
Feeling frustrated!
