I had my grandchildren today (no school) and they wanted to eat lunch at a nearby Asian grill. Lots of food, great veggies, pork, brown rice, a grilled flat bread round, hard boiled egg, sweet and sour sauce. It was hard to track all of this, but I did my best. If I did it correctly, I'm still within range, and didn't go over in any category.
For supper I just had a salad of spring mix, a handful of Feta crumbles, a few dried cranberries, a few almonds, and light French dressing.
I'm full, and I hope not TOO much so. I need to take another little walk around the house or do some dancing!
