Hi everyone, i'm new to the community aspect of Sparkpeople so forgive me if this has been talked about before but anyway since i've started exercising more, eating better an cutting weight i've found about 60% of the time after going to bed i'll either lay awake or more commonly go to bed at like say 11pm an be wide awake at 3-4am usually falling asleep again between 5-6 untill i get up at 7....wats up with that??
