Everything can be a trigger for me. Seriously I could eat 24/7

It used to be everything triggered me to eat more food. Breathing was a biggie,
As I eliminated unhealthy foods and paid more attention to nutrition my triggers decreased, I can breathe without eating now! LOL
For a while potato chips were really bad. I couldn't have them in the house or I would eat them. Then my skinny hubby went on a chip binge and I decided I can't eat his chips. They are his, not mine. What's funny is after a few months of not eating any chips now I can have a small bowl of ships on an occasional basis. They are ok, but not really a big deal.
If I don't eat well through out the day then I start eating sugary foods at night. I have to be careful to get enough protein and calories throughout the day so that I don't lose control at night.
