If you've been doing the same workout there for a while, it is likely that your body has gotten used to doing the same thing and has become very efficient at doing it. That's a good thing because that means you have become more fit, but it also means you need to do something more. It would be a good idea to add other exercises into your routine, but you can also increase intensity to help change things up. I've not been to Curves, so I'm not familiar with exactly what they do, but from what I do understand is that it is a circuit training type session, but if you aren't getting other forms of cardio, then you will want to add that into your workout routine.

I got to Curves around 3 times a week, but a while ago, I noticed that I just stopped losing weight, and my pulse was going further and further down. I push myself as hard as I can go, but it doesn't seem to be enough. Is there anything I can do to help lose more weight there and whatnot?
