I put my workout clothes on..then I hang out with Jesus and then hit my workout.

I usually change out of my work clothes and into my gym clothes, drive to the gym and then go. I do try to leave work behind me when I change clothes, I don't have to do too much to focus on the workout ahead.

I don't do that. I might (on my way to my workout room) be telling myself that I can do this, no matter what, etc. etc. But usually I sort of want to, I just need to decide WHAT one I want to do.Sometimes I just have to tell myself I need to do the harder workout. Just depends on the day. And like JAMIRBLAZE, I tell myself that I can get through it, and I will feel AWESOME! (that is ALWAYS true).

I usually just tell myself that I can do anything for 30/45/60 minutes and go from there. Some days, it's easier to get going than others, but I never regret a workout.

Before I work out... I lay down and relax in my bed... to get my mind & body connected together... and tell myself that... "Working out is the Best Feeling.... My Body really loves doing it"....

So my Question for others is... do you have to do anything to get yourself ready for that workout of yours...

I Don't count my sit-ups... I only start counting them when it starts hurting... Because those are the only ones that count...

Go with the Serving Size recommended on the nutrition label...
