Welcome and congratulations for all you have accomplished already. We have many active teams with message boards, and they can really be a source of support. I like the trackers too, and felt the nutritional breakdown helped me keep going for the long haul.

Hi everybody, I have been on this site a couple of days now looking for some motivation to keep me going. I started loosing weight four months ago at the beginning of March and had managed to loose 30kg (66lbs) pretty much by counting calories and a bit of mild exercise albeit reluctantly. It sounds like a fair chunk of weight but I still have another 50kg (110lbs) to go and each kilo is now beginning to get harder to shift. I am hoping to use these boards to not only get motivated to continue but to motivate and help others. I know from my work (freelance artist) that helping others can be an inspiration in itself and succeeding can be easier if you know there are people out there with you. Anyway if you have taken the trouble to read this thanks and I look forward to some correspondence. Cheers Trev
