SKYLER_RAE: Good philosophy. You get the same satisfaction and feeling of pleasure, evidently, but it is much healthier. I still opt for the occasional sugar-treat, but that is not as good as philosophy as what you have adopted. Great job!

I treat myself by doing whatever makes me feel really content and it usually involves me time because I am a mother of a 4 year old. Going to the bookstore or shopping even if I don't buy anything is so rewarding because it's time to think, and do something you love. Although, in the past rewarding myself with food was a big habit and probably downfall of mine, I am happy to say that there is so much more satisfaction in something that lasts longer than the time it takes to eat a piece of cake!
