I changed my mind mid-stream. It is hot and humid already and my house is not air conditioned. So after my first mile outside, I sent H and D home and did another mile and half outside for two and half outside but none on the treadmill. Outside I at least had some air movement and could enjoy the clouds and birds and hills and the rabbit hopping along the side of the street at the top of the hill! I might try that more often while it is hot.
One mile outside with Hubby and Dog and 2 miles on the treadmill. Tomorrow is strength training so no treadmill ~ just the outside mile.

None today... my weekly Day of Rest. Have been consistently walking 3+ miles 6 days a week for some time now. 4 pounds away from goal, I have this week changed my fitness miles goal from 18 to 12 to begin incorporating some maintenance scheduling, while adding Curves Circuit 3-5x/week to keep cardio minutes intact.
