Assuming you are staying in a hotel, just hand wash them in the basin, then let them at least drip dry in the bathroom. You can get small tubes/bottles of travel laundry detergent.
One advantage of wicking fabrics is they dry quickly - including when you wash them. Even at worst case and you are afraid they will take longer than 24 hours to dry, you should only need to take 2 sets of clothes.

Thank you all! Good ideas. ZORBS13, alas, I'm a massive sweat freak below the belt (which is why I fork out good money for highly wicking fabrics--don't want to look like I've peed myself during every run--lol).
I guess my biggest concern was about bacteria. I don't need or want any nasty like sweat-pimple breakouts or other infections because of bacteria. :(
I never put workout gear in the dryer (I want it to last as long as possible), so that won't be an issue. ARCHIMEDESII, I do run every other day anyhow, so you're right, even washing them in the sink will give them time to dry since I never seem to squeeze out enough water. LOL

If you want to get in your three runs, then space them out every other day. 24 hours will give you plenty of time to wash/dry your running gear. I'm assuming you have access to a bathroom. If so, you can rinse out your clothes there. If you're going to a hotel, just use the hotel shampoo for detergent. it's only a week. I wouldn't worry.
And if you're staying with family, I'm sure they'll do laundry while you're there.

Bring your quickest dry stuff and rinse them out in the sink after wear. You can also wear bottoms more than tops. I am GROSS in the upper body so I'd never wear a top twice without washing, but I have been known to wear tights up to 6x without washing in the winter.

Unless you really, REALLY sweat on your runs, I don't think it'll be a major deal. I worry about ruining mine in the wash (the pants, especially), so I generally hang them out to air dry and use them again a couple times before washing (resting them a couple days in between, while using another set... then batch wash so I don't feel bad running the machine for just a couple things). Keeps them looking new and I never noticed anything really wrong with them (smell or feel-wise). Also I assume you'll either run in a hotel gym or around the area; both of which don't tend to offend others since one is sweaty by its very nature, the other would dilute it to the point where you'd need to be right up in someone's face for them to notice.

I'm going on vacation for a week and want to take my running shoes and clothes. As long as I can get in my 3 weekly runs, I'll be happy. Anything else will be a bonus.
However, packing 3 sets of workout clothing is going to infringe on my non-running clothes space.
What's your strategy for washing them so you can wear them again if you may not have access to laundry facilities? The thought of putting on sweat skanky clothes (even if the sweat dried) is off-putting. Or should I just bite the bullet and pack 3 sets?
