I have a couple upcoming business trips and thought of purchasing some bands that I can put in my suitcase. I should have internet where I end up staying but wanted suggestions on a good online workout that I may be able to do in my hotel room. I'm not a runner so I won't be doing that however I will incorporate the hotel gym facility as well.
