It would be a set of strength exercises that targets all of your major muscle groups. SparkPeople's Workout Generator can create a plan for you if you're interested. Here's a link:

Coach Jen

Can you give examples for the full body strength training?

In general, I'd recommend cardio 3-5 times per week for 30 minutes or so, and a full body strength program 2-3 days per week. As long as you're doing workouts that are challenging and enjoyable, that's what matters most.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Not sure what you have available, but many videos have a mix of cardio and weights. I was in the best shape when I was doing The Firm Body Sculpting System on a regular basis. My thighs didn't rub together and my arms and abs had definition. I was strong and looked good.

I would like help making a training plan. I want to lift weights and run or do cardio. My goal is to gain lean muscle and be able to see the muscles.
I need a training plan that has specific suggestions... I am not creative at all, so I am not sure where to satr.
