In general, I'd recommend cardio 3-5 times per week for 30 minutes or so, and a full body strength program 2-3 days per week. As long as you're doing workouts that are challenging and enjoyable, that's what matters most.
Not sure what you have available, but many videos have a mix of cardio and weights. I was in the best shape when I was doing The Firm Body Sculpting System on a regular basis. My thighs didn't rub together and my arms and abs had definition. I was strong and looked good.

I would like help making a training plan. I want to lift weights and run or do cardio. My goal is to gain lean muscle and be able to see the muscles. I need a training plan that has specific suggestions... I am not creative at all, so I am not sure where to satr.
