the best site is USDA food data base:
ndb.nal.usda.gov/

So many wild game options and different cuts, etc.

You can google the words nutrition mallard, or nutrition elk, or nutrition quail, or nutrition what ever meat you are having.

If you need to, you can keep looking up whatever else is in the recipe.

Does anyone have any tips for tracking calories in wild game recipes? Are there any good places to find that information?
