If you go to the top LH corner of the Start page, there is a link there to Edit your Fitness Goals.
On the bottom of the Fitness Goal page in the cardio section, there is an option there to set the days and minutes of cardio, and also a box there to directly enter a weekly calorie target. If you directly enter a target, this overrides Spark's default assumptions of minutes and exercise intensity.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

I know that I exercise 360 minutes per week (60 minutes 6 days a week) and according to the tread mill, I burn about 1860 calories a week (310 per work out x 6 days a week). When I try to set my goals and figure out how many calories, it tells me I should work out 450 minutes a week. How do I change the number of minutes in my weekly goals to 360.
