I am liking the new start page as well! Very well laid out - the other one was kind of jumbled.
I have mine tracking water, fruits/veggies, hours of sleep and a checkbox for at least 10 min of activity. That one keeps me accountable to do SOMETHING each day and it's usually for longer than 10 minutes. But usually, starting a workout is half the battle. :-)

I am loving the new Start page! I kept the water goal and then customized the rest so they read:
Goal 1 -- Eat fruit at breakfast Goal 2 -- Eat vegetables at lunch Goal 3 -- Make half my plate veggies at dinner Goal 4 -- No dessert
It has been very motivating! I might only get one SparkPoint for each of my 4 custom goals, but I like seeing it front and center.
