If you click on Add Cardio, then click the link to Manually Enter Calories Burned, you can put your numbers in there. If you click on Change Fitness Goals at the top of your Fitness Tracker, you can adjust your calories burned goal to more accurately reflect what you're doing.
When I tracked my exercise this am it posts a calorie burned. Ex: i did cardio dancing for 45 min and I wear a heart rate monitor that says I burned 350 calories but when I logged it into sparks cardio it calculates it as 224 calories. Is there a way for me to input my calories burned? if not should I increase the min I exercised so that the calorie burned is more accurate according to my heart rate or should I keep the minutes exercised as the more accurate one?
