Hi guys! I'm new here, so bare with me please :).
I'm upping my exercise, especially my yoga and strength training, while simultaneously lowering my calorie intake. Because of this (and because I tend to get down after weighing myself, instead of encouraged), I'm going by measurements/my tightest pants instead of weighing myself, since I know I'll be gaining muscle at the same time I'm losing weight.
So my question is: Is there a way to track measurements on here the same way people do pounds lost? I'd much prefer it!
