I agree. I look at the nutrition report after lunch usually to see where I should focus for supper intake so it balances at the end of each day.

I really love the daily feedback report! If I have had too much fat, I realise that's why I was feeling so yuck and I can really see in which foods the fat was lurking. It's very helpful also to see what you're getting too little of and in the beginning that was mainly protein for me but I can manage that better now.
