It takes a while, I've been tracking for years, and I'm still not so good at it. What I try to do is work on one nutrient at a time. For me it's Protein, I always have enough carbs and enough fats, but never enough protein. I'm trying to cook meals that use more protein now and started to eat brown rice instead of white rice. Nice and nutty. :)

Yeah, but you don't have to be perfect straight away.

If you're eating slightly better than you did last month, you're making progress, even if you're not quite there with all goals yet.

Work on one at a time. Try increasing your carbs without adding extra sugar(!) to get that into range more consistently. Worry about protein and fat after the carbs are sorted.

I like to many sweets and proteins. I need a better balance. My carbohydrates are a little low on the daily value chart. Protein and fat are usually over or under the right percentage.

It's hard to think about the other nutrition's. But, I know I need to.
