It takes a while, I've been tracking for years, and I'm still not so good at it. What I try to do is work on one nutrient at a time. For me it's Protein, I always have enough carbs and enough fats, but never enough protein. I'm trying to cook meals that use more protein now and started to eat brown rice instead of white rice. Nice and nutty. :)
