Do you receive points for adding to previous days tracking?

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I think it's good to go back just to get a correct picture of what you ate for comparison. (In case you did or did not do well that week.)

The only "diet" that works is consistency!

Has anyone ever forgotten to track something and thought about it the next day? What do you do? Do you go back and track it or just let it go? Why or why not?
