The quick track on your fitness and home pages is for that type of stuff. There is yoga in the cardio tracker if you prefer, but ST and balance aren't cardio so you only need to track time, not calories burned, for that type of stuff.

Is there an easy way to track Wii Fit exercises? I have been working on Yoga, Strength training and balance games, but cannot find a way to track them here.
