I track my TF workouts as cardio kickboxing.

That probably works. :) Here's how you track things not listed in the tracker:

So yesterday, I did the Firestarter wrorkout and Stretch 10. I logged Firestarter as 37 minutes of cardio. I marked the stretch after cardio box.

Today, I did the Low HIIT 20 Class and the Stretch 10 class, so today I would just track 18 minutes cardio. I marked the stretch after cardio box.

I am using the Aerobics/low Impact in the fitness tracker.

is this consistent with how the rest of you are tracking TurboFire?
