Food labels inform us how much "sugars" are in the foods we purchase. Unfortunately, when it comes to tracking goals, I am limited here to sucrose, fructose, etc. I cannot tell how much of these items are in the food I'm entering because I'm not told by the manufacturers. Is there any way that tracking "sugars" can be one of the goals I can choose?
