And yes, you get Spark points for each ST exercise completed - equivalent to 5 minutes of cardio.

Your Strength training exercises are tracked on your My Fitness Tracker page. Below is a link to the video tutorial on how to use the My Fitness Tracker.

I am new to SP, and I don't know where to track my strength exercises on the spark point page. I see cardio included on spark points - based on the number of minutes I run.... but is strength training counted as exercise for spark points?
