Go to Nutrition/track my food

Enter the food you are curious about in the "what did you eat" / search" box.

enter for example, ham. Then click "search". Then click on the item that appeals to you. If I click on the first item, "Ham, extra lean (5% fat) I get the following nutrition information: Take a look and see that one cup of this stuff will give you almost 2000 mg of sodium!

It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you should find the information on almost anything. Make sure that you check into serving size too.

This is the best product on the market. One thing needed that must be there, but I don't know how to get it to work.... I don't know how to get this to track sodium for each food instead of total per day at bottom of screen? It is a tracking goal I've added, but it won't show per food where protein, carb, and fat are shown. Can someone advise or let me know how to contact SparkPeople for the answer?
