That's why I enter everything in cardio - I just put "Strength training - 1 calorie burned" into the Manually Enter Calories Burned field. Then I can see all of my minutes in the same place.

Aha, I see. It gives me 5 minutes on SparkAmerica... but not my cardio totals. I don't pay any attention to SparkAmerica stuff. :)

Are you sure? I've checked before, and it didn't seem to change my fitness minutes at all. I'll double check now for fits and giggles, but it hasn't for me in the past.

You get 5 minutes of Fitness Minutes for each entry in the strength tracker. Heather is double-tracking her time.

What I usually do with strength is add the minutes I trained to the Quick tracker, and then individually track the exercises for Sparkpoints and my personal reference. I haven't had them give me any time on my fitness minutes, so to get credit, I enter them manually.

I have been doing cardio for a while now and am getting to the point where I look forward to it :) Didn't see that being possible but it is true. Now I am seeing where the weight training is important. I did some today and entered it in but it doesn't add to my exercise time. Should it?? Just wondering if I have my exercise section set up correctly.
