Use the Quick Track feature to record this and get credit for the time spent. It's on the homepage if you aren't already showing it.

Using an HRM is not recommended for strength training. The heart rate is only correlated with calories burned for aerobic activities and ST is anaerobic. The HRM will give an inflated incorrect figure.

I go to Pure Barre for an hour every day and I'm not sure how to track it? I think it's mostly strength training since we lift weights and do other isometric strength training, ab work, etc.

I know...if I really wanted to know I should wear a heart monitor, but I don't own one. So what's something close enough?
