Gotta get the heart rate over 100 or so and keep it there for it to be a workout.

One way to measure any exercise is heart rate monitor.

Alright, so if you have ever played Kinect Adventures, you know how much of a work out you get. How are you tracking this in your Fitness Tracker? Great family activity as well! emoticon
