It's very eye-opening, isn't it? I have found the commercials for fast food are no longer appetizing to me now that I know their calorie counts.

Good for you!!! Thats great, you are starting to make nutrition and portioning part of your life style! I made mashed potatoes last weekend and didnt realize how much I made till I looked at my meal plan... i have so much left over haha
