To track your weight, go to your START page, "Weight and other measurements" will be on the top-ish left side in the yellow-orange box under Nutrition and Fitness tracker buttons. Add weight and click "Save."

Can anyone HELP me figure out how the heck do I use these trackers???? I am a little familiar with the fitness tracker but I'm so lost when it comes to tracking my weight etc.
