I wear a BodyMedia band and it is always WAY off from what Spark says I burn. I recommend them and you can sync them with Sparkpeople now.

There is a generic "circuit training" entry in the fitness tracker. Curves is in there as well.

Hope that helps,

Is there an easy way to track circuit strength exercises? For example, for a change of pace and scenery, I do machines similar to Curves at our local gym. But I am not educated enough on them to know what each one is called. Also I'm hoping there is a simple way to enter the workout without having to enter each and every rep. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
