I would just put in one entry of 3x15. It's assumed you're doing it on both sides.

Hi. Sorry, I'm sure this must have been asked before but I can't get the search wording correct.

How do I enter 3 sets of 15 right and 15 left dumbbell rows into the tracker? I've been putting in 3x15 but should it be 3 x 30 or two entries of 3x15?
