Likely not. The SP tracker is usually pretty accurate, but for the elliptical, it doesn't take into account for the resistance, and the elliptical doesn't translate the same as a treadmill does. Did the machine you use have a calorie burn estimate? If so, use that; it can be off by 20% or more, but it's not going to be off as badly as the SP amounts.
I would also recommend investing in a HRM with a chest strap for more accurate estimates of your calorie burn.
