At the top of your nutrition tracker you'll see a big "search" button. Under it is a red link that says "enter food not listed". Click there and you'll be able to manually add your food.

Hello, can you please explain me how can insert a food or just the callories manually in the food tracker. I watched the video but there is not this option.

1200-1550 is the lowest range you'll get, exercise or not.

Thanks Coach Jen. I had some good fitness streaks going. I'll have to start again. emoticon I reset my exercise, but it didn't change my daily calorie limit. I'm still at 1200-1550. I thought for sure it would bring by calorie maximum down to at least 1450.

I think it's up to you. You could set your calories burned to zero while you aren't able to exercise, and then easily adjust your goal again once you resume activity.

Hang in there!

My doctor is running some tests on me.. Until the tests come back, she said to rest and not exercise. Should I reset my tracker for a week or so to accommodate the lack of exercise? I'm distressed that I'm going to show that I haven't met my goals. emoticon
