I love tracking. I think it is the best way to be accountable. I have to be honest with myself if I see it so I don't give up. It helps me correct things when I over do calories and I learn from it. Love it!

That is the way to goal....tracking...I track everything though at times I am way over....I still track everything. I have lost nearly 75 pounds in a little over 6 months. You can do this!! emoticon

I have spent the last week measuring and tracking every morsel that passed my lips! I even measured my glass of wine instead of the ol' eyeball it trick. I love the new Spark app.
