I would say at least 20 minutes a day. If you can't do it on a particular day because of pain or what have you, really watch your diet on those days. I would put lightly active or maybe sedantary. If you can walk, then consider it a bonus.
Try to log in for my fitness minutes, now have to set up a goal, in order to log in the minutes; well, it may work for normal person, but I never know from one day to the next, if I even able to walk when I wake up in the morning, how can I set up anything? ever day I can walk with help of my walker, is a Great day for me.
