hello. I am fairly new to sparkpeople. I bought the cookbook thinking I wanted to learn to cook healthy. I can cook a hard boiled egg and that is about it. It is just myself. I don't waste money so I am also trying to eat what I have. I have been tracking food
on myfitnesspal and have so far lost 10 pounds. I am having a very difficult time tracking food on sparkpeople as there isn't the big database available. Usually eat scrambled eggs or cereal with an english muffin for breakfast. Need some breakfast ideas.
Trying to exercise in the am before work. About the only thing I can do is the treadmill. Try to do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night.
