If you type "strength training" into the search box in the fitness tracker, you'll find a number of generic entries. One of those should work.

Using a Total Gym, Total Trainer or Pilates Reformer is a form of added resistance bodyweight training, you use the various inclines to increase the resistance and work of the exercises you do. Record it as strength or resistance training. Suspension or TRX type training is recorded the same way.

I'm finally going to use my Total Gym that's been sitting in the basement. Can anyone tell me how to record my workout on Sparkpeople with the Total Gym?
