Today I made low carb pancakes for breakfast and made a really thick one with unflavoured whey protein and salt .

the diet soda is no points and the cakes mixes are different. Look at the mix itself not the part with oil and eggs... because that is all that is in it. Example: Pillsbury Strawberry cake mix is 170 calories, and 0 fiber for 12 servings. That puts it at 3 pts verses 5 baked and then points for the frosting. The diet version needs no frosting. This is my best guess. During that time of the month when all I think about is chocolate... this is the magic key.

With the cake.....is it just the mix and 1 12oz can of soda? Nothing else? And do you cook it according to the directions then? How do you figure out the points for that? That just might make life worth living.....LOL.
There is a recipe for Mexican Lasagna that uses tortillas in place of pasta. I think it uses salsa as the sauce and you cook up ground turkey with taco seasoning for the beef... not 100% sure since it has been a while since I made it. Search the Spark Recipe database for Mexican Lasagna... it is really yummy!!

I make a some what diet cake by taking 1 cake mix (you can find sugar free and gluten free) and I add one can of diet soda... chocolate cake, diet coke or strawberry or lemon with diet sprite. It was a Weight Watchers tip. You can add an egg, but I have never really needed it. They are yummy fresh and hot out of the oven.

I like to make tortilla pizzas. Corn tortillas get sopping wet and fall apart easily with sauce. I don't know about flour because I avoid gluten. Good luck!

I was thinking the other day, could I make lasagna with tortillas and not pasta?
Also, can I make a healthy cake out of pancakes??
