I personally feel sick when I exercise after eating too much fat, and from your food log it definitly looks like your eating too much fat. Remember that butters You fat seems to be coming from butter on bread, peanut butter, nuttella, cream sauces, tarter sauce (20g for a half tablespoon) Over all it just looks like you are making the wrong food choices, it's great to eat lower calories over all but you are hardly eating any vegetables, and your other choices all have more nutritious versions. Those 2 oz of cheese you ate with the stuffed peppers can be replaces by a whole cup of broccoli and a cup of rice for the same amount of calories, you'd get much more food and way less fat.

JABDOLPHIN03, Is 1600 calories what the spark software recommended for you ? That seems awfully low for your current weight. It strikes me that if you're feeling horrible, it may be a result of not eating enough. As you lose weight, your body will need fewer calories to do the same functions you do now at your current weight. But right now, your body still needs those extra calories. So, don't cut your calories too low too quickly. Of course, if you radically changed your diet i.e. cut out caffeine and sugar, you may be experiencing some withdrawal symptoms. That's not unusual. I had horrible headaches as I weened off diet coke. these symptoms do pass. One thing I will recommend is that if you want to feel better, try to eat more servings of fresh fruit and veggies. For optimum health, a person needs 6-9 servings each and every day. If that seems like too much, start with 2-3 servings. if a person should over eat anything, they should overeat their veggies. Also, veggies are loaded with fiber. foods that are high in fiber are sating and help keep you full. So, do make sure you're eating enough high fiber foods like fresh fruits, veggies, whole grain breads, beans, etc... Fiber will help curb any hunger pangs you have by keeping your blood sugar stable.
