How many hours do you work a day ? How many hours do you normally sleep ? Is this a recent change ? I know in the winter, I tend to want to go to bed early because it gets dark out. Maybe the seasonal change is making you sleepy.

Can you set an alarm and get up at a decent hour? I hate sleeping in, I feel like my whole day is wasted.

Wow when I am off work - I tend to get too much sleep. Makes me lazy.
