Yep, if you can do it, then do it. I know sometimes it's hard to do, especially if it is like a govt. job or some other type of job where one will loose much seniority and retirement plans. But, if those are not your concerns, then move on. The worse thing one can do is stagnate in a job to where they hate going into work. What's the point.

I am working with a IT company in their corportae university and the job profile is good. The problem is i Have been here for long , I feel bored. Also i dont think I am getting paid what I deserve. I am seriously thinking about taking a break for some time but cant seem to hit the resignation button. I dont know whats stopping me. Any advice
