There are 2 forms of vitamin A.
The type found in meats, liver, supplements can be toxic at very high intake amounts.
They form found in fruits and veggies is not dangerous in large amounts.

My nutrition tracker continually tells me I eat too much Vitamin A. If I follow Fuhrman's plan which says 2 lbs. of veggies a day, Vitamin A is always high.

I don't eat close to the 2 lbs. of veggies but I still get this warning.
