No use beating yourself up. At some point in time I over eat on something. I just try to balance it out.

And have you planned out your first healthy meal for the day.
You need to get your body nourished (as well as hydrated with the water).

I guess i came to the conclusion that beating myself up will do no good. So today is a new day and all I have put into my body is water so far. I have a clean slate and I can eat fresh today!
