Thank you. I'm trying to not over react. I have just seen the scale move down so it's disturbing to see it stop! I appreciate your thoughts.

One week of the scale not moving is nothing to worry about. It does not mean your weight loss stalled, or you hit a plateau or your messed up your metabolism. This is just how weight loss works.

Stick to a range, our lowest at SP is 1200-1550---there is no reason to feel you have to stick to 1200 "every" day. Eating a little more, may give you more energy---and therefore you will become more active through the day and during your workouts.

It just makes me nervous to eat more calories... I did feel better working out this morning and could actually get a good work out in. I'll be curious to see where I'm at on Sunday when I weigh in.

I think you've already answered your own question with the statement that you had been eating around 1200 and you weight loss stalled the past week - you likely haven't been eating enough, especially if you are exercising a lot. Give the higher calories a try - I think you'll be surprised!

Help! I just joined and it says my calories should be between 1360-1710 and that seems like a lot! I have been doing T25 for the past 3 1/2 weeks. Will I lose weight eating that much? Thank you! I had been eating around 1200 and my weight loss stalled the past week so I don't know if I should give this a try or stick to the 1200. TIA! emoticon
